The key to quicker changes in your golf game is building and maintaining a higher level of cardio and muscular fitness. Golf-specific strength and fitness training is available in private sessions, group fitness, pilates and yoga at the home of Zone Golf:
Including fitness components in golf programs will promote improved balance, posture, flexibility, strength, endurance and most importantly confidence.
Participants will experience the opportunity to lose weight, build muscle mass, regain muscle tone or lost agility and vigor once enjoyed as a child.
